Who will be the country's next President, the country's politics is not very hot, as the judgment of the heated Zia orphanage trust case (on February 8) and the election-time government government issue.
The President is the country's first and most honorable citizen. But silently-silent Abdul Hamid who passed five years in Bangabhaban, the people of the country could not be found. He is still retaining this position, or someone is coming, it is still not sure. But the people of the country do not seem to have much encouragement.

So far 18 people in the country's history were held in office. They are the Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, Syed Nazrul Islam, Justice Abu Sayeed Chowdhury, Mohammadullah, Khandakar Mushtaq Ahmed, Abu Sadat Mohammad Sayem, Ziaur Rahman, Abdus Sattar, Hussein Muhammad Ershad, Afam Ahsanuddin Chowdhury, Shahabuddin Ahmed, Abdur Rahman Biswas, AQM Badruddoza Chowdhury, Jamiruddin Sarkar, Iajuddin Ahmed, Zillur Rahman and Md. Abdul Hamid Some of them have performed responsibilities many times. Of these 18 people came from the judiciary.

The government formed after independence through the Great Liberation War was ruled by the cabinet. Although, on January 25, 1975, the President administered the President introduced Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman. Then after the fifth parliamentary elections held on February 27, 1991, parliamentary system was introduced in the country.
In the 12th amendment to the Constitution, the Prime Minister's power was so intense that on the eve of the introduction of the parliamentary system, the post of the President was made primarily as the honorable position of the state. This position does not have any role to play in any policy-making beyond state formalities. But at that time if a provision was made to balance the power of the President and the Prime Minister, then the political crisis that was subsequently made in the country was considered to be very much avoided.
Law and executive departments are largely identical in the main three state (law, justice, executive) organs. Because the Prime Minister is also the Leader of the House and party chief. Again, the President has to do all the work as per the advice of the Prime Minister. Even in order to issue a state of emergency, there is a need for the Prime Minister's advice. According to the constitution, the parliament is bound to do the same when the prime minister will direct the parliament to make such laws.
Article 48 of the Constitution says, "President of the State shall be elevated above all other persons of the state as President, and shall perform all the powers conferred on him by this Constitution and any other law and perform such duties." Apart from the recruitment of only the Prime Minister and Chief Justice, the constitution also mentions that the President will act according to the advice of the Prime Minister in fulfilling all other duties.
Under this provision, there is no reason to believe that the President appointed the Prime Minister. Because the Prime Minister of the majority of the majority of the elected winners will be recognized. There is no scope for the President to do this here. There is a lot of accounting for the government here. Regardless of the fact that the judiciary is independent, it has been debated several times, yet it is still happening. Therefore, the jurisdiction of the president is said to be different, the reality is different.
The President has to be approved in the cabinet in the Parliament on the opening day of the first session of the Parliament. In context, it is not said in the Constitution (Article 73) that the President's speech in Parliament must be approved in the cabinet. Rather, in a special context in 1996, the cabinet introduced this provision with a decision.
Again, the President will not be able to send back the parliament by recommending for any kind of opinion or change. The President, who passes the parliament here, is bound to sign it. It means that the government will spend thousands of crores of rupees of the state, but there is very little chance that the President will have something to say as the head of the state,
But whatever the power, the term of the president is fixed but the presidency is fixed. That is, whether it is continuous or not, no more than two terms will be able to hold office for the post of President. Although the Prime Ministers may want to remain in the post for eternity. They do not have any limitation here. That is, when the constitutional system was introduced and amended in the constitution, consciously the term of the term of Prime Minister was avoided. That is, if a person is elected, then a person can be the prime minister for three or four terms.
2.
It is said that the constitution that our Prime Minister enjoys is more than the US President. If he wishes, he can give the day and night to the day from the constitutional framework. He can advise Parliament to make any law, and the fears of 70 paragraphs have won 'yes' to vote for the law. Here the president has nothing to do. If he does not sign the bill, then it will be automatically approved after 15 days. Article 80 of the Constitution says that after 15 days of submission of a bill to the President, he will agree. However, he will be able to return the bill to Parliament, requesting for consideration of any provision in any bill other than money bill or for consideration of any amendment. But in the meantime, if the President is unable to do so, then he will be deemed to have agreed to the bill for the expiry of the term (15 days).
Some believe that since the year 2018 is a very important year for Bangladesh, that is, at the end of the year, the Prime Minister announced that the Eleventh National Election will be held (January 12, 018), so if the Opposition raises a big movement on the issue of the election-time government And consequently, the country's one / eleven or the January 5, 2014 elections turn to the previous situation, When the constitutional power of the President may be able to contribute to overcome the situation. Because, according to Article 51, the President does not have to be accountable in any court for performing his duties or doing any work in the same regard. In the light of this provision, during the crisis in the state, the President can be the role of a traitor. Although he has the obligation to consult his Prime Minister in all his efforts, whether or not he has consulted at all, There is no scope for questioning in any court. Again, the constitution has said that no criminal proceeding can be filed or continued in any court against the President and he can not be arrested. So many people believe that who will be the next president, he may have to take a lot of responsibility in the wake of the next election.
